The test is either a nasal (nose) swab or a throat swab. Due to the laboratory backlog that is out of Symbol's control, test results may not be available for up to a week, but during that time, Symbol will help you in your quarantine to protect yourself and your family from the possible spread of disease.
There are many ways to ensure that you can continue to receive essential medications for both acute (urgent) care and for maintenance (chronic condition) therapy.
When you call us, you may be asked to ensure that your medications are free of cost by either:
1. Scheduling an appointment for quick pick-up at the CareClinic
2. Presenting a special Prescription Drug Card at your local pharmacy
3. Waiting for medications to be mailed directly to your home
