Mini-Webinar Series - Supporting SEL During Distance Learning

Part 4 - Supporting Staff WellbeingThursday June 4 at 10:00 AM PDT

During four 20-minute webinars focused on a specific social-emotional competence as defined by CASEL, we will:

  • Describe the competence and its importance
  • Discuss research-based K-12 gratitude practices to develop the competence
    • Explore how the free GiveThx digital tool supports safe and effective facilitation with students and staff

Educator wellbeing directly impacts staff health and their work with students. This fourth webinar will discuss Social Awareness and how gratitude science can help support staff wellbeing while learning and teaching from home. Attendees will take away a digital set of ready-to-use resources on this topic for use as a teacher or administrator in their own school.

Strengthening wellbeing and SEL has never been more important for students and staff. We honor the hard maintaining community and learning during this difficult time and look forward to providing ways to support you, your colleagues, and your students.

We hope you’ll join us. If you cannot make it and want to check out a recording of the webinar, register and we will send a link after the live session for you to view whenever you would like.
