HANDMADE PATTIES
The Handtmann individual patty forming attachment simplifies the process and speeds production by providing continuous manual patty forming with exact weights for smaller volume operations. In the four-station mold, each patty is formed, rotates for automatic removal, rotates again for automatic washing and then filling. Patty molds are available in a variety of sizes.
