1) APR=Annual Percentage Rate. Your rate is based on evaluation of your credit. Transferred balances will have a promotional rate as low as 8.99% APR for 12 billing cycles. At the end of the promotional period, the account will convert to the standard variable rate as determined by creditworthiness for the respective card type. As of 1/6/26, rates are currently as low as 13.00% to 18.00% APR for Low-Rate cards or 15.00% to 18.00% APR for Rewards cards. Existing Velocity Community Credit Union VISA Credit Card balances are not transferable. Promotional period begins 1/15/26 and ends 3/15/26. Certain exclusions may apply; contact the Credit Union for details.
2) Balance transfer fees are waived during the promotional period. Fees are normally 2% of the transfer balance or $5 (whichever is greater).
