Letter From Our CEO
Dear Sponsors, Participants, and Attendees,
On behalf of the board of directors and the summit planning committee
of the South County Economic Development Council, I would like to
express our deepest gratitude to all of you for your unwavering support
and participation in our annual economic summit.
Without your generous support, important programs like these would
not be possible. We are incredibly grateful to our sponsors who continue
to invest in the important programming that the South County EDC
provides to our community.
We have received amazing feedback about the day and the discussions
that have been generated, and it is all thanks to your participation
and engagement. We would also like to extend a special thanks to
the Burnham Center and UCSD for being such amazing hosts and providing
the perfect venue for our summit.
Economic Development truly takes a community, and it is outstanding
to see the commitment and interest from all our members, community
members, elected leaders, and partners. Your involvement and dedication
have helped us to elevate important discussions and build on the
amazing groundwork already in place.
Together, we will continue to work towards our shared goal of increasing
the quality of life for all in our binational region. We are proud
to be a part of such a vibrant and engaged community, and we look
forward to continuing our collaboration and partnership
with all of you.
