The South County Economic Development Council's Binational Forum is slated
to be one of the premier business gatherings in our binational community,
aims to bring together civic, business, and community leaders for a day
of collaboration, networking, and knowledge exchange.
Our panel discussions will offer unique insights and perspectives on
key binational topics such as Technology, Workforce, Education, and Emerging
Industries.
In his State-of-the-City address, Mayor John McCann highlighted Chula
Vista's economic development initiatives, including the transformative
Gaylord Pacific resort project and the expansion of the University
of California San Diego campus.
The mayor also discussed the city's efforts to address homelessness through
affordable housing and support services, expressing optimism about
Chula Vista's bright future.

The program will equip students with the skills and knowledge necessary
to create a solid business plan, laying the foundation for their

We will assist students in understanding and obtaining the necessary
permits and licenses required for their businesses.

the January flooding ends tomorrow. The program is a cooperative effort
between the County of San Diego, City of San Diego and other local
