Essential services are the backbone of any thriving region. This discussion will dive into how South County is planning and investing in the delivery of clean water, broadband connectivity, reliable energy, and sustainable waste management. Panelists will share how agencies and utilities are upgrading systems, meeting environmental goals, and working to close service gaps in underserved areas.  

Moving People and Products – Mobility and Logistics Infrastructure

From ports to highways, from transit to freight—South County’s infrastructure is vital to the movement of both people and goods. This panel will bring together transportation planners, port officials, and logistics experts to discuss major projects on the horizon, regional coordination, and what the future holds for how we get around and support economic activity across the border and beyond.
