Since 2016, we have been working with CNA to deliver Emotional Intelligence and Last 8% Conversations programs to CNA management. In working with us, CNA leaders have been able to improve their relationships across the entire organization.

As a result of this collaboration, CNA was able to navigate through the challenges related to remote and hybrid work settings more effectively when the pandemic hit.

The skills its leaders had developed through our training programs, such as empathy, active listening and leading through difficult conversations, were integral in creating connection when working remotely and through the transition to hybrid.
