Samsung will be hosting a webinar on April 09, 2019, to walk through the final sales process for OfficServ and SCM solutions as well as answer questions.

Q1. How do we find the codes that have been affected because of this announcement?

Q2. Will products and technical support continue?

Product Hardware support (spare parts) will be available for five (5) years after the official End of Sale announcement. Software support will be offered for two (2) years after the End of Sale.

Q3. Is it possible to support the development of new software features?

Software development will support bug fixes exclusively. New features will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

Q4. Is the Samsung Wireless LAN business also stopping?

No, the Samsung Wireless LAN will not be affected and all our efforts will be focused to make this business to grow further.

Q5. Will License extensions be provided?

Yes. Additional Licenses will be available for one (1) year after the official End of Sale to support additional license purchases from existing sites.

Q6. Will Samsung's Contact Point be maintained?

Yes. Contact points for sales and development will be available for two (2) years after the End of Sale. Hardware Warranty support contact points will be maintained for five (5) years.
