I was first attracted to Rennes from my previous position as a Human Resources Manager. Some of the CNAs that worked there, left to work at Rennes. I stayed in touch with them, and they continued to say good things about the work environment, management and that it was a family-owned company.

Since I started working for Rennes, I have only had positive experiences. The leadership team is always supportive and genuinely cares about the company and the employees. My leader was great when training me. He was always complimentary and professional, but still had fun at the same time. I really like working for Rennes. I have never worked for a company that cares so much about their employees and making them happy.

Since working with Rennes, I have gained more confidence in being a full-time working mother.
