At R&J, “Make a Difference” is more than just our brand statement.
It’s our mission. It’s the guiding principle that informs every strategy
we develop, every decision we make and every action we take in support
of our teammates, our clients and our communities.
We know that successful marketing and communications can make all
the difference in the success of an organization. Unfortunately,
the cost of these services is often a barrier to non-profit organizations
and women owned businesses, particularly in communities of color.
For those reasons we’re launching, the R&J Make a Difference
Grant program to provide minority and women-owned non-profit and
small business organizations in the Somerset County area with a no-cost
marketing and communications strategy from one of New Jersey’s most
experienced firms.
The Make a Difference Grant is available to organizations and businesses that meet the following requirements:
Minority or women-owned
Non-profit organization or small business
25 or fewer employees
Headquartered in Somerset County, New Jersey
Leveraging 30-plus years of strategic communications and marketing
support, R&J will conduct a deep-dive into minority or women-run
non-profit organizations or small business' existing marketing
and communications programs to identify opportunities to more effectively
communicate brand differentiators and reach their business goals.
The package of services included in the Make a Difference Grant program are:
A one-hour strategy and discovery session with executives from R&J Strategic Communications.
Strategy recommendations outlining the organization’s critical communications and marketing challenges utilizing the organization’s in-house resources.
