Participants learn how to better navigate high-stakes organizational politics and implicit bias, sharpen their business acumen, deepen self-awareness and emotional intelligence, and strengthen their leadership competencies.
The program spans 12 months with a total of 24 hours of intense training delivered in monthly 2-hour virtual workshops and includes between-session bridgework to cement mastery and understanding.
We emphasize intentional career navigation, developing business, financial, and strategic acumen, managing difficult situations or people, and crafting and managing their personal brand to chart their own professional path as they rise through the ranks.

Commitment: 12 months; 1 2-hour meeting held each month. We meet the second Wednesday of every month from 10:00 AM - 12:00 AM (Central Time Zone), through Zoom. Note: Exact meeting time subject to change prior to cohort launch.
Curriculum: Focused on four modules designed to help participants intentionally navigate their careers, learn how to make better strategic decisions, sharpen their business acumen, and discover and strengthen their leadership competencies.
Structure: Meetings feature expert speakers and facilitators who lead workshops and presentations on each module. Participants also receive bridgework between sessions, which provides additional exercises and resources to further explore and master material.
Self-Awareness: Participants receive the Lumina Spark Assessment: A 40-page profile outlining strengths, leadership personas, and developmental areas. These principles are reinforced throughout the year to help participants better understand themselves, read their peers and leadership, and develop tactics for communicating and navigating their organizations more effectively

Known for her insightfulness, candor, and humor, Jennifer Carter is a proven leader specializing in leadership and business transformation. Throughout her 20+ year career, Jennifer has had a passion for helping others unleash their potential and businesses increase their impact. Combined with her expertise in business strategy and leadership development, this has led her to help companies build strong, inclusive leadership pipelines, and to help people shatter barriers both personally and professionally.
Prior to leading EWF International, Jennifer was Senior Partner and co-founder of The Shinobi Group, a Dallas-based technology consulting firm focused on digital, agile, and cultural transformation in the Fortune 1000.
Candice Tubera
Candice has a passion for mission-driven organizations, community building, and championing positive change. She is a seasoned advisor that drives strategic leadership to help organizations grow, scale, and acquire. Prior to her role with EWF International, Candice served as Chief Program Officer for UPWARD Women, where she launched nine global chapters, empowering women worldwide.
She is a former registered respiratory therapist, a financial literacy business owner, and the founder of two nonprofit organizations focused on outreach and disaster relief. Outside work, Candice enjoys spending time with her husband and adult children and serves her church in the children's ministry, small groups, and outreach efforts.
Additional subject matter experts and professional facilitators will lead specific sessions, including EWF International Fellows and Advisors.
Per individual: $3,450. Payable up front or quarterly.
