Do you charge per user or per project?
We offer fixed monthly plans for 75, 150 or 250 users with unlimited projects. Larger teams can use licensed user pricing if preferred.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Only a one time onboarding fee for new customers. Overages apply only if usage goes far beyond your licence.
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
Yes. The onboarding fee covers setup, training and rollout support.
How long does onboarding take?
Small teams are live the same day. Multi site deployments usually complete within two weeks.
Do you configure templates or forms?
You upload your own templates. We can configure them for a small service fee.
What training is included?
Live calls, video guides and ongoing support via email, phone or WhatsApp.
Is onboarding mandatory?
Yes, but it can be short. We provide follow up support throughout the year.
What contract terms do you offer?
Annual contracts as standard. Monthly options available by Direct Debit.
Is there a minimum term?
Yes. Three months for pilot agreements.
What is the notice period?
Two months notice is required for annual agreements.
Do you offer multi year discounts?
Yes. Three year terms can be fixed with no inflation increases.
What support channels do you provide?
Email, phone, WhatsApp and an online support form.
Where is data stored?
Data is stored securely on AWS servers in Dublin, Ireland.
Can we export our data?
Yes. Export briefings, checklists and timekeeping as CSV or PDF.
Does Paperless work offline?
Yes. Teams can work offline and sync when connected.
Is there an API?
Yes. API and Power BI endpoints are available in the Pro plan.
Are there limits on projects or storage?
Projects and storage are unlimited. You only pay for your licence level.
