Thank you for requesting the WIPR Leaders Firm Nominations Sheet

To support firms nominating several practitioners, World IP Review has created a downloadable nomination template to help streamline the process.

WIPR is interested in identifying firm’s “Shop Window” lawyers to showcase to a global audience to leading in-house and private practice lawyers. The emphasis should be on quality over quantity.

This spreadsheet is designed to make it easier for firms to:
- Collate multiple nominations in one place
- Gather the required information efficiently
- Coordinate submissions across teams and offices

How it works:
- Download the Nomination template
- Complete one row per nominated individual
- Submit your firm nomination sheet to  barmah-kwantreng@worldipreview.com

Additional Information: 

  • The rationale box is your opportunity to detail why each individual merits inclusion in   WIPR Leaders 2026. Please note, inclusion in previous editions is not a guarantee for inclusion this year. We want to include lawyers who are currently leaders in their field.
  • You can also download the Referee template to include up to FIVE referees per individual.
  • The editorial team will assess the information provided for each individual alongside our own research to determine which lawyers will be included in WIPR Leaders 2026.
  • Photos: Firms are encouraged to include links to headshot photos of the nominated lawyers to the specifications requested in the Nomination template.
  • Firms and individuals are also invited to nominate lawyers at other firms perhaps drawn from their referral networks or of lawyers who have impressed on the other side.
  • Commentaries: This year we may also add an unattributed comments section to the Leaders’ profiles. These comments may be drawn from the Rationales provided by firms and individuals on lawyers at other firms, or from the comments provided by the referees.   

All nominations submitted using this template will undergo WIPR’s standard independent research and vetting process, ensuring consistency and fairness across all entries.
