The Digi-TAC Program, led by SBF and SGTech, supports TACs in adopting digital solutions and training their staff. How Trade Association can benefit from Digi-TAC?

Digi-TAC, supported by Enterprise Singapore, is open for participation from 1 August 2022 to 31 July 2025. Each eligible TAC can receive a grant amount of $60,000 over three years, with an annual grant cap of $30,000. The annual grant cap is refreshed at the start of each programme year (1 August).

TACs that meet the eligibility criteria can submit their application to apply for Digi-TAC grant. TACs will receive 70% support on qualifying costs throughout the Digi-TAC program.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Eligibility for Digi-TAC funding?

    - Must be a Trade Association or Chamber of Commerce registered with the Registry of Societies or ACRA;
    - Must represent the business interests of a trade(s) or industry sector(s) whose members are operating in or from Singapore;
    - Has a Management Committee or Board or Council overseeing the activities of the TAC;
    - Operating full-time from Singapore in a proper office set-up located in a commercial building or equivalent and has a local telephone number;
    - Has at least three full-time salaried employees working in the TAC;
    - Has at least 50 members with at least 75% of them being SMEs;
    - Has not obtained other funding from government agencies for a similar project;  
    - Has not installed up-to-date equipment and/or solutions for the digital capabilities that TAC is applying for support under this programme within the past three (3) years.

  • How to apply for Digi-TAC funding?

    You can submit your application by following three simple steps:
    Step 1: Access the 
    list of pre-approved solutions and training courses  and identify relevant solutions
    and training courses that best suit your TAC’s needs.
    Step 2: Check out the Pre-Approved
    Quotation for Freshworks CRM you have chosen.
    Step 3: Fill-up and submit the completed 
    Digi-TAC application form.

     
    To apply for Digi-TAC, you must provide several documents, including your registration from ACRA's Bizfile, an organization chart, listing of your board/council or management committee members, a report on TAC's membership profiles and a vendor's proposal and quotation for the digital solutions you plan to adopt.

  • Can TAC apply for more than one solutions ?

    TACs have the opportunity to apply for Digi-TAC solutions multiple times, provided they are for solutions that have not been previously applied for and completed. Additionally, TACs can apply for different packages offered by a vendor simultaneously.

  • Is there a grant cap for Digi-TAC?

    Yes, there is a grant cap for eligible TACs. Throughout the three-year program period, a grant amount of $60,000 will be allocated, with an annual grant cap of $30,000 per program year. Eligible TACs will have their annual grant cap renewed at the beginning of each program year, which falls on
    1st August every year.

  • What is the closing date to apply for Digi-TAC?

    Digi-TAC is open for application to eligible TACs starting from 1 August 2022 until 31 July 2025.
