Making Questions Count:
How To Build Leadership Capacity Through Inquiry

Effective questioning is one of the most powerful tools in leadership coaching. Educators who provide coaching or deliver professional learning must be equipped with high-quality listening and questioning skills if they are going to make a lasting impact on the leaders they support. Our latest webinar unpacks our listening and questioning best practices and explores real life examples of effectively using questions.

In this 40-minute webinar, you will learn actionable tactics to:

  • Frame powerful questions that meet our criteria for effectiveness
Keep coaching conversations forward-thinking and aligned with clear professional learning goals

About the Presenter

Francis Yasharian serves as Vice President for Leadership Coaching. In Francis’ early work with the Leadership Academy, he led an internal team in creating our robust Coaching Competencies, developing our executive coaching model, and co-designing our coaching curriculum.
