Participation constitutes acceptance of the Rules. Winning is contingent upon being compliant with the Rules. We reserve the right to disqualify entries that do not adhere to the Rules. Void where prohibited by law. The Contest begins on 1/1/2025 and ends on 12/31/25. Entrants must use their MFSL Mastercard Debit Card (“Debit Card”) for 75 or more transactions in a calendar month. You are entered into the Grand Prize Drawing each month you complete 75 or more debit card transactions. Entries are limited to one per month per debit card. To enter by mail, send a postcard to Monroe Federal Marketing, PO Box 119, Tipp City, OH 45371, include your name, address and phone number. MFSL is not responsible for any event out of our control that would result in an entry not being included in the drawing, such as an entrant mailing an entry to a location besides the designated address. Winners will be selected by random drawing. Odds of winning will be dependent on how many entries are received. If the prize is unclaimed after 30 days, a second name will be drawn and that person notified that they are the winner. Winners will receive a 1099 for tax reporting purposes. Winners, by acceptance of their prize, agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Monroe Federal Savings and Loan and their employees from any and all liability, loss, damage, costs or claims related to the receipt of or use of the prize or any allegation regarding the reward.
