Step 1

Fill Out Our Form

Once you complete our contact form, we'll get back to you soon to introduce ourselves and learn more about your project.

Step 2

Discovery Call

We'll have a quick chat to discuss your project goals, review our process and see if we'd be the right contractor for you.

Step 3

Virtual Consultation

We'll conduct a virtual consultation to further get to know you, discuss the project requirements in depth and outline next steps. 

Step 4

Onsite Consultation

We'll meet in person at your home to tour the property, better understand your plans and discuss potential budgets. 
site visit consultations are subject to a small fee to be included towards your final project costs.

Step 5

Design Agreement

a design agreement is an outline of everything needed to plan your project. This phase may include floorplan designs, permit submissions* and material selections. 
We'll provide you with an 'open book' estimate which allows you to review and approve all project costs and make any changes to fit your budget. 
Deposit fee: 5% of the estimated project budget to be included towards your final costs.

Step 6

Proposal Presentation

We'll meet in person or virtually to present a scope of work proposal. 
we’ll review any questions you may have and go through all of the details in the scope of work including your selections, budget and timeline.
Once we're in agreement with everything, we'll FINALIZE the contract as A 'FIXED COST' SO YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT TO EXPECT.

Step 7

Project KickOff

this is when you'll meet your project manager and do a walkthrough of the home together.
you'll be given a start date and construction schedule as well as access to our project management software. 

Step 8

Construction

We begin active construction and follow our schedule diligently.
OUR SOFTWARE LETS YOU CHECK IN ON YOUR RENOVATION ANYTIME, ANYWHERE; AS WE SHARE PHOTOS, VIDEOS, NOTES AND UPDATES.


Step 9

Project Wrap Up

this is where you'll do a final walkthrough with your project manager. We'll take note of anything needing attention.
We'll schedule and complete final touch ups to deliver a finished project to your satisfaction.

Step 10

Follow Ups

we'll connect with you post renovations to make sure YOU'RE STILL HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS and provide ongoing contractor support for your future projects.
