Don't leave it too late to get serious about the IAF regime

The clock is ticking now the Central Bank of Ireland’s (CBI’s) Individual Accountability Framework (IAF) has been signed into law. Although firms now have until 1st July 2025 to apply SEAR for NEDS and INEDS, many aspects of the IAF are already being regulated and now is the time to act!
