When you go to our online ordering page, instead of checking out as a
guest, sign in or create an account to earn points!
$1 = 1 point
Every time you sign in and order online through our website,
you'll earn 1 point for every dollar you spend!
Redeem points for rewards!
Once you've earned enough points you can begin redeeming for
rewards. View rewards through your loyalty dashboard!
To begin earning points, you must first create an account through our online ordering page. If you already have an account, please sign in either at the beginning of your online order or at checkout.
Order online through our website or app and earn 1 point for every dollar you spend. In order to receive your points, you must be signed in to your online ordering account. If you checkout as a guest, your order will not be valid for earning points.
Once you have earned enough points, you can begin redeeming for rewards! Use them right away or save up your points for even greater rewards!
When your signed in to your account you can view and redeem your points for eligible rewards at the top of our online ordering page or through your Loyalty Dashboard which is under your account. Click redeem and the reward will automatically be added at checkout! No promo code needed!

The Carolina's Loyalty Program is only valid for online ordering through the Carolina's website, carolinasitalianrestaurant.com, or through the Carolina's App. In order to receive your points when you order online, you must sign in either at the beginning of your online ordering process or at checkout. If you checkout as a guest, your order will not be eligible for earning points. Please note, that each location is its own separate loyalty. Points are earned for the location that you place an online order for and rewards can only be redeemed for the location in which the reward is available for.
