out as a guest, sign in or create an account to earn points!

Every time you sign in and order online for pickup through our website,
you'll earn 1 point for every dollar you spend!
Redeem points for rewards!
Once you've earned enough points you can begin redeeming for rewards.
View rewards through your loyalty dashboard!
To begin earning points, you must first create an account through our online ordering page for pickup. If you already have an account, please sign in either at the beginning of your online order or at checkout.
Order online for pickup through our website or app and earn 1 point for every dollar you spend. In order to receive your points, you must be signed in to your online ordering account. If you checkout as a guest, your order will not be valid for earning points.
When you're signed in to your online ordering account, you will be able to view your total points at the top of our online ordering menu. Click on this to access your Loyalty Dashboard where you can view your total points, points needed to redeem rewards, available rewards for you to claim, and recent activity.
To claim your rewards you must first be signed into your online ordering account. To claim, just click on your eligible reward and it will automatically be added to your order - no promo code needed! Your eligible rewards will show at the top of our online menu (next to your points) so you can either claim right from there, your Loyalty Dashboard, or within your cart by selecting it from the discount drop down.

The Burger Factory Loyalty Program is only valid for online ordering for pickup through The Burger Factory's website, theburgerfactory.net, or through The Burger Factory App. Online ordering for delivery is not available for our loyalty program. In order to receive your points when you order online, you must sign in either at the beginning of your online ordering process or at checkout. If you checkout as a guest, your order will not be eligible for earning points.
