FMI Webinar: Collaborating on Assets in a Post-COVID Supply Chain

Backhaul and Lane Sharing Programs with Triple-Win Potential
Thursday, May 28, 1-2 p.m. ET

We'll highlight successful pilots and other collaborations on assets within and across our supply chains. Hear from transportation leaders in the food supply chain who have successfully leveraged underused assets, reduced costs and improved capacity before and during this crisis. This particular lane sharing program has been created, socialized and pilot tested with several members of a joint supply chain executive council (FMI and Consumer Brands Association) and supported by FourKites.

Initial goals and objectives of the pilot were three-fold:
  •  Increase consistent capacity in a volatile freight market
  •  Leverage underused assets and capture 20-40% of empty miles (carbon reduction)
  •  Drive service level increases and cost reductions

Webinar registration below. You'll hear details and receive your invitation to join the supply chain ecosystem.
