Aircraft engines are special items on their own. It is the most cost-intensive parts on the aircraft, have a huge impact on fuel consumption of the aircraft and are critical for safe flight. As such Avilytics offers a module that specifically monitors engine health. The purpose of this module is to provide insight into the most optimal point in time to replace an engine on the aircraft, considering fuel efficiency, maintenance costs and the maintenance schedule of the airline.
The Avilytics engine health monitor uses data from QAR/DAR read-outs as well as MRO and FlightOps systems used in the airline. This data can be easily interfaced to Avilytics thru our Enterprise Data Bus, allowing a rapid activation of the tool.
