Schedule closing date and time with Vanguard Title
Vanguard Title will send preliminary closing documents for review, communicate changes as necessary
Attend closing
Vanguard Title will issue final title policy, funds transactions, and provide copies to all parties
Vanguard Title sends all recordable documents to Register of Deeds
Buyer must deliver or send Property Transfer Affidavit and Principal Residence Affidavit, if applicable, to city/township within 45 days after closing
