2022 Insurance Renewal
Thursday, October 28th, 2021 - 6pm CDT
One of the most important responsibilities of a Board of Directors is preparing the annual budget and setting the assessments for your community. Insurance is often one of the largest expenses for homeowner associations and represents a large expenditure to your community. In this session we will review highlights of the plans offered and provide an opportunity for you to get the answer to any questions you may have specifically about your association’s coverage.
If you are unable to attend this webinar, or would like to schedule a meeting with Taylor, please let us know and we will be happy to arrange for a private meeting for you.
As always, KRJ appreciates the many hours of community service Boards contribute and are privileged to assist and support you in every way possible.
Vice President, Alliant Insurance Services, Inc.
For nearly all community associations, the cost of insurance has steadily increased over the past few years. Insurance companies are tightening their appetite, reducing limits, increasing deductibles and adding new policy language to manage their claim exposure. These facts present a special challenge to board members as well as their community managers. Having a trusted insurance advisor is their best defense against these mounting challenges.
For nearly two decades, Taylor Bacot has served hundreds of community associations of all types, sizes and locations. Taylor utilizes an industry specific Education, Negotiation and Communication servicing method. This allows boards and managers to gain a working knowledge of what they are buying, feel good about the “shopping” process and know that critical information is being summarized and accurately communicated to all affected parties.
Taylor is an Eagle Scout award recipient, earned a BS in Economics from Texas A&M University, is a fifth generation Houstonian and is married with two school-aged children.
