How can you tell if your wellbeing program is effective? What do we need to do differently to support workers in the wake of COVID-19? How does resilience link to safety performance and outcomes? These are just some of the topics Sentis CEO Anthony Gibbs will be discussing with expert psychologist Dr Vanessa Thiele in our upcoming webinar.
Join us on Thursday 29 October as Anthony and Vanessa explore:
- why resilience isn't just another business buzzword
- the common mistakes organisations make when implementing their safety and wellbeing strategies
- real-world client and best practice examples of resilience in the workplace
Plus, Vanessa shares her personal resilience journey juggling the Melbourne lockdowns, home-schooling two kids under eight and working full-time.
