Terms & Conditions:

1. Registration & Payment

All registrations must be completed using this form and paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise stated.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility. Refunds shall be processed as follows:

(a) Cancellations received more than sixty (60) days prior to the event shall be refunded less a fifty-dollar ($50.00) administrative fee.

(b) Cancellations received between sixty (60) and thirty (30) days prior to the event shall be refunded less a one-hundred-fifty-dollar ($150.00) administrative fee.

(c) Cancellations received thirty (30) days or fewer prior to the event shall not be eligible for any refund.

Substitutions are permitted at any time prior to the event at no additional cost.

3. Event Changes or Cancellation

The Tech Summit organizers reserve the right to modify the event program, speakers, venue, or schedule as necessary. In the unlikely event the event is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded. The organizers are not responsible for travel or lodging expenses.

4. Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. The organizers reserve the right to remove any attendee whose behavior is disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.

5. Photography & Media Release

By registering, attendees grant permission for the organizers to use photographs, video, or audio recordings captured during the event for promotional and educational purposes.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Attendees assume all risks associated with participation in the event. The organizers are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
Hotel accommodation and travel arrangements are the responsibility of the attendee. Booking and cancellation policies for hotel rooms are governed by the hotel.

8. Attendance

GIS WebTech reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or revoke registration and/or attendance at its sole discretion.
