AN ALL-INCLUSIVE LUXURY CHILDCARE EXPERIENCE
Time is money, right? We know every minute you spend at a Navigate
Luxury Experience will bring enormous value from the time you arrive
until the time you leave.
The intimate group that attends a Navigate Luxury Experience will have the ability to strategize and feed off the energy and passion of like-minded successful childcare owners.
As we spend 3 nights together at an oasis of luxury, all “Navigators” will have unlimited time to talk strategy facilitated by Caroline Jens and the Child Care Biz Help Team. We will share successes, find input on challenges and best yet, reserve some time for fun.
To protect the experience, we are limiting the event to under 30 people. All those who wish to attend must complete the application below. All applicants will be reviewed to determine the final roster of attendees.
This all-inclusive event (room, food, and drink) is exclusively designed for and limited to single and multi-site owners, and executive leadership.
Meet Justina Paterson (L) and Caroline Jens (R). Two child care business gurus ready to strategize and help you impact your business. Caroline comes from a Finance background and served as Executive Director for a multi-location child care center for many years. Justina comes from a graphic design & marketing background and served as both teacher and then Marketing Coordinator for a multi-location child care center. Together, they help countless child care centers across the United States make changes to their child care business and impact those centers in a variety of ways.

Full refund will be granted if the Navigate retreat is cancelled due to COVID-19, hurricane weather or low participation. In the event a participant needs to withdraw from the experience, a full refund will be given provided the withdraw happens on or before February 28, 2021. This luxury experience is exclusively designed for leaders of childcare centers that are looking to open up about their centers(s) and grow from the experience of others. This is not a training conference. Attendees will experience facilitated networking and strategy opportunities. There will be adequate down time to enjoy the amenities of the properties and to allow a balance of strategy mixed with fun.
