**1. Eligibility**

1.1. This programme is open to Malaysian women entrepreneurs residing in Malaysia.
1.1. There are no restrictions on industry or business stage, but a passion for growth and a desire to learn are essential.
1.2. Applicants must be the owner/founder or hold a significant decision-making role in their business.

**2. Application Process**

2.1. The application deadline is March 29, 2024.
2.2. Applications are accepted only through the online form provided. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
2.3. Shortlisted candidates may be contacted for further information or an interview.

**3. Selection Process**

3.1. The selection process will be conducted by BFM  at its sole discretion.
3.2. The selection committee will consider factors such as the applicant's business concept and commitment to the programme.
3.3. The decision of the selection committee is final.

**4. Programme Participation**

4.1. Shortlisted and selected mentees will be notified by BFM.
4.2. Participation in the programme is subject to the terms and conditions outlined here.
4.3. The programme format and schedule may be subject to change at BFM's discretion.

**5. Confidentiality**

5.1. Mentees are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive information disclosed during the programme,  including mentor contact details and business discussions.

**6. Media Consent**

6.1. Selected mentees may be featured in BFM media platforms (radio, online content) related to the Bold Female Mavericks programme.

**7. Privacy**

7.1. BFM may also use your contact information to send you programme updates and future BFM entrepreneurial initiatives that may be of interest. You can opt-out of receiving these communications at any time.

**8. Termination**

8.1. BFM reserves the right to terminate a mentee's participation in the programme for reasons including disruptive behaviour, non-attendance, or violation of these terms and conditions.

**9. Disclaimer**

9.1. BFM is not responsible for any business decisions made by mentees based on the advice or guidance received during the programme.


**10. Governing Law**

10.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
