Hotel Information:  Deadline date to make reservations is May 5, 2023. Meetings being held at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Crystal City National Airport, 1393 South Eads Street, Arlington, VA 22202.  A block of rooms has been acquired for the dates of June 2-5. Rates are $279 per night for a double bed suite or $259 for a king bed suite plus VA sales tax (currently 6%, hotel occupancy tax 8.25%).  Credit card information is needed with reservation.  Reservations requests received after the deadline, will be subject to availability and prevailing rate.  Check in time is 4PM and check out time is 11AM.  Room includes complimentary wireless internet, breakfast and cocktail time.  Parking for participants is $42.00 + tax per day or Self-Parking at $30.00 + tax per day.  There is a complimentary airport shuttle to and from Reagan National Airport.  Cancellations:  Policy is 72 hours prior to date of arrival to avoid one night's room plus tax and cancellation charge to your credit card.  Be sure to retain the cancellation number

Photographs of attendees may be taken at this event.  These may appear in AAW publications and in online communications. By registering for this conference, you authorize AAW the right to use photographs taken of you for AAW communication.
